Principal Review

Instructions:
  1. You have been selected to participate in the Principal Review Process.
  2. Please select, complete and submit the appropriate data form.
  3. You will need to rate your principal’s performance and provide written evidence to support that rating.
  4. You are encouraged to use the QCS Suggested Sources of Evidence (which can be downloaded from the "Related Links" box in the right hand corner of this page) to assist you in completing the data form.
  5. Please note: you will be able to navigate back and forth through the data form as you are completing it, but you will not be able to save your progress. The data form MUST be completed in one sitting, otherwise the data you have entered will be lost and you will need to start again.
  6. You will be asked to attend an interview with the Review Panel at a time to be arranged.
  7. The Principal Review Process a Manual of Procedures (which can be downloaded from the "Related Links" box in the right hand corner of this page) is provided for your reference.
  8. Please do not discuss your responses with anyone other than members of the Review Panel.
  9. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you for your records.
