Students at Emmanuel Catholic College received a first hand account of how their fund raising efforts have helped children in the African nation of Ghana.
Bishop Vincent Boi-Nah from Ghana visited the school to present thank you cards from children in Ghana who have been assisted by funds raised at the college.
The students raised more than $2700 in a week through the Fast4Faith program by being sponsored to give up something. Archbishop Vincent descriptions of the hardships facing children in his country inspired the college students to continue their efforts to lend a helping hand.
Principal John Bormolini thanks Bishop Vincent Boi-Nah.
