Aranmore Catholic Primary School’s Year 6 students were paid a special visit by West Coast Eagles star Nic Naitanui to launch their community campaign ‘Inspiring Education through Sport’ with BHP Billiton.
The class was chosen to take part in a photo shoot where images were displayed on a billboard in the Perth Underground Train Station and Perth CAT busbacks throughout the CBD. The students were fortunate enough to have question time with their hero and ask him about his life as a footy star.
Students Victoria and Matthew were lucky enough to be chosen as the faces of the campaign. 'It was very exciting to have Nic Naitanui in our class and to have a photo with him!' Matthew said. Victoria declared 'it was a great experience to be chosen for the campaign photo and to ask him questions about his life!'
