Our Lady of Grace School, North Beach

Our Lady of Grace School, North Beach, is a two-stream, transitioning to three-stream, Catholic co-educational primary school catering to 550 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year Six. Established in 1954 it was owned until 2013 by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth. To this day there are Sisters still working in the school.

Building on the charism of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth the school offers many opportunities for parents, and even grandparents, to be involved in the daily life of Our Lady of Grace School. This sense of family is evident in the vibrancy of the P&F and the widespread support for all functions associated with the school.

A building program, which is coming to a conclusion, has resulted in new classrooms, increased grass playing space and a marvellous Nature Play area.

The school’s staff are highly professional, very caring, and committed to nurturing each and every student in gaining a well-rounded Catholic education. There is a constant focus on academic excellence, underpinned by strong pastoral care and a balanced curriculum offering a diverse range of extra-curricular programs. Early intervention, ongoing support and extension opportunities are features of the delivery of curriculum at Our Lady of Grace School.
